September 3 Fall Dates
In the midst of a couple weeks in Colorado playing with The Stringdusters, Sunliner, solo and in duos. Next week Benny "Burle" Galloway and I hit the road in Stella (the mini van) for 4 nights of intimate shows. There are still tickets and spots available, feel free to message me for more information.
I return to Virginia late in the month and will host my second StageIt concert, Booksy does Jerry, live from my living room. I'm going to play a handful of my favorite Jerry Garcia tunes, you can stream it from anywhere, click the link for reservations. Sunliner opens for my dear friends Leftover Salmon at The National in Richmond on September 26th and I'll be performing solo in Salem, VA at Parkway Brewing Co (10/3) as well as Democracy Vineyards (10/4) before Solo, Sunliner and Stringduster sets at The Festy Experience, our hometown festival, in Nelson County Virginia. Sunliner will be heading into the studio this fall as well as playing more dates in the VA/NC area and I'll be filling up my time with solo shows interspersed with Stringdusters shows in NYC, CO and Mexico. New Years plans to be announced soon as well.

August 4  Summercamp
The last 6 weeks of summer finds me onstage in a variety of combinations. The Stringdusters play several shows in Colorado and on the east coast at the beginning of this month. Sunliner makes an appearance at the Virginia Craft Brewers Festival August 23rd. Benny "Burle" Galloway, the inspiration for Alice, and I embark on a short Colorado duo tour in September. House Concerts are semi-private, message me for details. This follows shows in Denver and at the Four Corners Folk Festival with Sunliner, a solo show in Palmer Lake, CO, and a duo show with Andy Hall. In other news, The Stringdusters released a video for my song Summercamp last week. Filmed at Eleven Madison Park in NYC, it's an exceptional day in the life.

The end of the month I'll be staying closer to home, performing a few times solo in lead up to The Festy Experience, our festival in Nelson County, VA.

July 8  A few nights on the river
The Stringdusters hit the road for our Summer Tour this Friday with stops in California, Oregon, Idaho and Wyoming before a week on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho. I'm thrilled to be joining my mentor, and the inspiration for my solo record, Benny Galloway and our good friend Anders Beck (Broke Mountain, Greensky Bluegrass) for a set of our  music at the Northwest String Summit July 18. I'll also be joining Charlottesville guitar god Sam Wilson for a set of his music at The Southern in Charlottesville on August 2nd. I'm planning a StageIt show for September 23rd, Booksy does Jerry, if you're a Garcia fan, don't miss it, only a handful of tickets left! Next month I'll announce solo shows for the fall and more. Stay cool but enjoy the heat, winter will be here before you know it!
